Qualification Period
The qualification period will be 12 months; from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003.

Eligibility
You must be under contract with the Company at the time of the President’s Club Convention and must be a member of the President’s Club. The bonus will be paid at the President’s Club Awards Ceremony in Coronado, California.

Qualification Requirements
A minimum of $50,000 in Issued and Paid Annualized Life Premium.

Premium Credit
Life Premium - 100% AP Credit
Single Premium Products - 9% Premium Credit
PARider - 5% Collected Premium Credit
Annuity - No Premium Credit

Cash Award
A check totaling 5% of Issued and Paid Annualized Premium credit will be paid to each qualified agent.

Persistency Requirement
2003 Business --- No less than 90% (85% Final Expense Business)
2002 Business --- No less than 75%
(70% Final Expense Business) Persistency measurement will continue until the 2003 President’s Club Convention.
