The American Children’s
Term (ACT)

Effective January 1, 2005 we are withdrawing the
American Children’s Term (ACT) from the market.
We will not longer accept ACT applications written
after December 31, 2004. The deadline for issuing
ACT applications (written on or before December 31)
will be January 15, 2005.
There is good news! We will be sending you materials
for our newest children’s term product the New Gen-eration
Plan, as soon as it is approved in your state.
So, be watching your mail and News From Home for
details on this exciting new product.
